By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. We provide flexible, tailored tech solutions based on your specific needs. Each service is quoted individually and you must approve the proposal before work begins.
Payment is due after service delivery unless otherwise agreed. For jobs over KES 3,000, a holding fee of KES 300 (deducted from final bill) may be required to reserve your slot. Payment methods: M-Pesa, bank transfer, card, PayPal.
All quotes are valid for 48 hours from the time sent. After expiry, prices may be subject to change. Accepting a quote locks in both the price and your scheduled slot.
We strive to meet all agreed deadlines. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by factors outside our control, including third-party service outages or hardware failures beyond our assessment.
Remote access is granted by you for the duration of the session only. We commit to accessing only what is necessary to complete the requested service. Sessions may not be recorded without mutual consent.
We collect minimal personal data — name, phone number, email, and a description of your issue — solely to provide our services. This data is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
During remote support sessions, we access only the systems and data necessary to complete the service. We maintain strict confidentiality and do not retain, copy, or record any personal files or credentials.
We use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used. This collects anonymised usage data only — no personally identifiable information. You can decline analytics via the cookie banner.
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at tech37space@gmail.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
All services come with a 7-day free follow-up period. If we cannot resolve your technical issue as promised, we will offer a full or partial refund at our discretion, based on the nature of the problem and work completed.
Services are generally non-refundable once work has been completed and accepted. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us within 7 days and we will make it right before any refund discussion.
You can cancel a booking at any time before work begins at no cost. For project-based services, cancellation after work has started may incur a fee based on work completed. The holding deposit (where applicable) is refundable if cancelled before work begins.
For jobs over KES 3,000, a KES 300 holding deposit confirms your slot. This amount is fully deducted from your final bill. If DrIT cancels for any reason, the deposit is refunded in full.
